You can track your order status from your My Orders page. Status updates include: Pending → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
All products are packed in food-grade, hygiene-certified insulated packaging. Frozen items are packed with dry ice or gel packs to maintain freshness during transit.
If a delivery attempt fails, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and a refund will be issued as per our Return Policy.
